You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify OppriFy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

OppriFy is designed to help you manage, generate, and nurture leads through advanced AI-powered technology. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties. Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's functionality or security.

4. Referral Program

OppriFy offers a referral program whereby users can generate a custom referral link and earn rewards based on the consumption of credits by their referrals. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following: Referral links are unique to your account and must be used only by you. You will receive 20% of the credits consumed by your referrals for life. Payouts under the referral program will be processed on the 10th of the following month for the previous month’s consumption. OppriFy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.

5. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

All pricing information provided on the Platform is subject to change. The Platform uses a pay-as-you-go and subscription model based on usage. Billing will occur according to the pricing plan you select, and you authorize OppriFy to charge your designated payment method for any amounts due. No refunds will be provided except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OppriFy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform only for your personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain prior written permission from OppriFy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. OppriFy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. OppriFy does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will OppriFy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. OppriFy’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OppriFy, its affiliates, and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
